At the moment I love the dark version of a certain Czech beer branded Velkopopovický Kozel. Excellent taste.

Being australian it would have to be Tooheys Extra Dry or otherwise called Teds, other solid beers down here in aus are Coopers Pale and Sparkling ale.

the Irish Kilkenny beer is simply fantastic. It has also a pretty nice bitterness but not that much like a Guinness Draught or a Porter.

McSpoon's Scotch Ale, a 9%abv wee heavy that's chick full of malty goodness. Malty sweet with a hint of smoke. Delicious!

Goose Island or Red Hook brand India Pale Ale. Great light ale. fantastic with steak or burgers. Very hoppy somewhat fruity, crisp flavor.
