Don't say anything. It's better if it's more spontaneous. What's really hot, is if you kiss her in the middle of conversation, then apologize and say you shouldn't have done that, but you just couldn't stop help it (or something along those lines). But that would only work if she's not in the middle of saying something important. Also, you don't have to say I love you after you kiss her. In fact, don't unless you really do love her. It can still be a good kiss if you don't say I love you.

um havent been kissed yet so mayb im the perfect person to ask plus im a girl so yea....i agree with the "may i kiss you?" or nothing else at all policy and the peanut butter thing / i brushed my teeth thing didnt sound cute or romantic at all .... just look into her eyes and kiss her damn it!

don't say anything before u kiss her. look her in the eyes, smile and kiss her. make it about 3 seconds long. i know i sound like some obsessed weirdo, but thats how it happened for me... :)

well make sure that she wants to kiss you too. I like it when a guy implies he wants to kiss me but doesn't exactly ask ex: Can I kiss you? I wouldn't want to kiss him but if he said ex: You have beautiful soft lips I wonder what it would be like to kiss you? Your getting a kiss. :)

The moment should fall into place, but you might not want to make any crude jokes, mention any other attractive girls, or say that the date was not going well up until then.
