Okay...Don't expect to lose alot because October is right around the corner but here are a few things that you can do: Change your diet to mostly fruit and vegetables. Eat a bowl of plain oatmeal every morning (no butter, sugar, milk). Drink alot of water and stay away from salt, sugar, butter and oils. Eat 4 to 5 small meals a day consisting of a small amount of brown rice or pasta, chicken or pork, and a vegetable. Exercise, exercise, exercise. Move your body and you will lose excess weight. Depending on your weight now and what part of October the wedding is, you could lose some weight. Be careful and if you feel ill at any time, consult your physician immediately. Well, I think you should eat right and exercise. By eating right I mean eat healthy food. Eat frequent small meals, dont eat junk foods, and dont eat lots of carbohydrates. Before eating, drink a glass of water because this will help u eat less. Avoid eating fried foods, no ice cream, no chocolates, no soda, just drink plain water. Dont eat 2 hours before your bed time. And of course u need to excise. If possible enrol on a gym class.

the best thing to do is walk as far as you can every day and drink plenty of water stay away from anything with white flour no pasta if you.,do eat it for lunch, meat salad @ veg for dinner.no sweats or treats.get a dog to walk if you have to .this will really work so hit the pavement lady.good luck

just watch what u eat. eat more fresh fruit and veges. cut out things like ice cream and chocolates and drink lots of water everyday! and exercise. research shows that you benefit from just half an hour of walking! good luck oh and dont eat after 7:30pm

oh my. i was lookin for questions to answer and i saw yours. wasnt about to answer it but then i saw your pic, o.m.g. you wanna lose weight by october, start your diet today you'll lose some alright but how much
first drink water with your meals. portion your meals and exercise a lot. good luck to ya. this shouldnt be only for the weddin but also for your health.

Why do you want to lose weight? Obviously you must feel comfortable enough with your body to take pictures of yourself (in the most unattractive pose I must add) and post them on the internet. Please stop making a fool of yourself and cover up.
