In response to one stupid answer... My ancestors came here LEGALLY to build this country into what it is today! They were welcomed professionals, not low class illegal border jumpers. Get your facts straight. All races are equal in my eyes, as all illegals are breaking the law. How is that racist?

The Melting Pot is something great America is known for and we're proud to have our freedom and share it with all cultures. We get upset when that is abused and stolen away by illegal immigrants because they steal our jobs and homes.

If you are being "pushed around" thats your own fault for being a weak a$$ed pushover. I have never accepted any disrespect from a co-worker, or employer, thats why they print employment applications each and every day, so that I do not need to put up with any crap from anyone, let alone a criminal trespasser. If there were any in my place of employment, they would be reported and deported so fast it would make their heads spin. MY workplace only employs AMERICANS! My co-workers and I have made it known that hiring anyone that is not a legal American citizen will not be tolerated. We do have some bargaining power because we are the only people insane enough to go out and do the job each and every day. Did I mention that I do the 5th most dangerous job in America, according to the number of deaths per year ? There are no "illegals" even applying to do this job.

Because we have too many people in this country who sympathize with the humanitarian efforts. I am not saying that illegal immigrants are not human, but we treat them so gently and feel so bad about what they go through to get here that we forget that they are breaking the law. Thousands of people do it the right way and i have no problem with that, but i do have a problem with those who circumvent the prescribed way to emmigrate here. If you go to online votes, most of the time you will see a large majority for closing the borders, but we never do anything about it, we let the illegal immigrants protest, yet we do nothing. Its time that we used our voice to save our country, we are fighting a war on that front too, lets have our own protest, a protest to save the united states!

Funny, that. Haven't had to have my lawn mowed, or my car washed so can't say I've been "pushed around" by any illegals. As an employer, it is still illegal to hire illegals
We can’t even enforce the immigration laws that exist now!!! What makes you think we can enforce more stringent laws???
Start enforcing existing immigration laws NOW!!! We can’t wait for a bunch of f**king politicians to come up with a “compromise” that will degrade the quality of life for each and every (legal) American…

Your question defines you as a racist. We are all 'immigrants' here, unless we happen to be Native American. Our ancestors who settled here were at one time as you refer to it as 'illegal'.
From my experience the employers who are most like to do the 'pushing around' or bullying of their employees or work colleagues are the legal white Americans.
Mexicans and South American immigrants work extremely hard for little wages. You have a sour attitude and need to get a life and an education because you will run into trouble with you bad attitude and racist views.

Um, because immigrants work harder for lower wages. And since the productivity of an immigrant worker is much more than that of an American, they receive much higher demand from American businesses. A simple concept for anyone with more than two brain cells.

Why can't you guys get off of this and talk about something that you can affect! Haven't you attacked them enough when actually it is their employers you should be attacking. You could never be that forward thinking! It is a CRIME to hire illegals!! It is NOT a crime to be an illegal, it is a CIVIL offense!!
It is YOUR REPUBLICAN representatives that won't do anything because the US needs the slave labor!! What is so hard about that to understand???

Because for over the last fifteen years, Americans have been pushed into being politically correct and while being pushed around by the illegals, they don't want to offend them. The illegals know this and push harder.

Everyone has to be quiet and be politically correct whether it ruins our country or not.

It is always easy to exploit illegal than legal ones. You can pay them less, you can use them in odd jobs, if they do anything... you can thread them to that I will hand over security, where as legal want decent salary, all facility and medical care.... so you can think now.....
