Canned or bottled grape juice is actually cooked - you get that deep purple color by heating the grapes with sugar and water then extracting the juice from it. One big problem with trying ti preserve grape juice is that it will naturally want to ferment (becoming wine!) and preventing fermentation without professional pasteurization is not easy. So I would say no to this question.

The juice extracted in such a way, like with the LaLanne juicer, has a significant amount of pulp due to the grinding process of the fruit. It's not really something you'd want to can or keep, as it is best used VERY fresh.

Canned juices are very inexpensive and you could purchase several cans without having to buy a juicer.
