In Windows XP, password on certain files or folders is not possible. This feature will be available in Windows Vista which is coming out next year.
What you can do is create an administrator account and add a password to that account. When you enter your account password it will ask you if you want to make your folders also to private so no one, neither another computer administrator will have access to it :)
