You must treat the cause and not just the symptoms. I suggest the following all natural supplements.

Alfalfa Complex: Promotes cleansing of the blood; strengthens the elimination ability of kidneys; contains chlorophyll which aids in skin healing.

Recognized for centuries for its healing properties, alfalfa offers a wide range of nutrients: calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, chlorophyll, bioflavonoids, trace minerals, and vitamins.

and

Optilfora: This two-product system uses new technology to protect beneficial microflora during the rigors of shipping, storage, and the acidic journey through your stomach. Other products claim live microflora at the time of manufacture. This product guarantees the delivery of live microflora (500 million) to your intestines. This is a patented process.

This two-product system include Probiotic (Bifidus & Acidophilus...microflora) + Prebiotic (FOS...food source for microflora).

Many times if one has something going on inside the body, it will manifest itself to the outside such as eczema, psoriasis, cold sores, etc.

Healthy inside - Healthy outside.

Hope this helps and best wishes. For more info, feel free to contact me.

I've used hydrocotisone cream. But I don't know the effienciency of it or something, I just have really mild exzema that I get on my wrist when I wear a watch for too long.

YES! When I was in Maui, i was introduced to Noni cream with ginger, and this stuff is amazing for exzema. Our guide's son had exzema and this actually cured it. I was shocked and did my own research, and I found that what our guide said was true.
