Type of food? Then I would pick Japanese...lots of fish and veggies and rice. Heart disease is almost non-existent in Japan. If I could only choose one single food, then I would pick eggs. I would hate being restricted to only one food, but the egg is truly nature's most perfect food. They provide all of the 8 essential amino acids. A perfect protein. You would suffer nutritionally for other reasons, but you would live a long time on eggs alone if you had to. In reality, proteins should not comprise more than 20% of your diet.

A loaded pizza of course, because you could change it up a little by pulling off different toppings you don't feel like eating!

sweet..... as long as my body someway replaced and now sweet is the most healthful component ever. yet when no longer, then Hawaiian pizza reason it has milk, bread, vegetables, meat, fruit.....
