Anyone know any protection spells?

Something that you just have to say, and does not involve any objects (I don't have any money to buy anything, um... exotic, or occultic, I guess you can say) Protection from unknown entities (not ghosts or demons) from an older era. Sounds ridiculous but any help would be appreciated.

I know one that is completely internal. All you have to do is sit down in a quiet place and get comfortable. Close your eyes and visualize a bubble surrounding you. Make this bubble out of a white light, once you have that fixed in your mind visualize the outside of the bubble to be a mirror or a shiny reflective surface. Make sure it is completely around you. Do this every day at any time you think you need it. After a time it will become easier and faster till eventually it will be second nature. How long this will take is up to you and your belief in it. What this does is surround you with a protective shield and the reflective outer coating will reflect all negative energies and such away from you and back to the source, just like a mirror reflects the image of the viewer. You will be safe and unaware of the negativity while the negativity will return to sender.

Ignore those other ididots. I actually practice the occult and there are several protection and banishing spells available with little resources needed. some cool stuff can be found at chaosmatrix.com. But I have to ask why you need to do this. Consider why you believe these are entities from an older era. Details would really help more too.
