My son grew several inches between 17 and 24. Everyone grows at their own rate. The best thing to do is share your concerns with your doctor and discuss what treatments are available if any at all. For the most part, you will be as tall as you are meant to be unless there is an underlying medical condition preventing you from reaching your full height potential.

Do a search on this subject. You will see that its been asked repeatedly, and the answer is always the same. There is NO WAY to increase your height without expensive and very painful medical intervention (bone "lengthening") by a doctor. That is generally only done for people who have some form of dwarfism. If you're under 20, you may grow a little more naturally, but not a lot. I picked up 1/2 inch at 19.

You simply have to deal with the cards genetics has given you.

Height is determined mostly by genetics. So you've got what you've got, and there's nothing that you can do about it.

But if you don't get enough to eat when you're growing up, then that can stunt your growth potential. So don't go on any severe diets. Other than that, just accept your genetic heritage.
