I ask this Because my religious belief was discrimated against, in fact i lost my job because ot it. It's been since 03-2004 when i was discrimated.

I have sued my former employer and representing myself, would you do the same for your religious belief?

You need not represent yourself. There are many pro bono advocacy legal organizations who are willing to represent you in court.

Go to any of the following websites for help:

www.aclj.org
www.adf.org
www.rutherford.org
www.clsnet.org

Of course, there's the other standby, depending on what you're looking for:

www.aclu.org

Without a doubt. If I am capable of doing my job and it had nothing to do with religion I would sue the pants and t-shirt off of them. There was an actual case where a woman sued the salvation army because they fired her for her beliefs (she was a witch). I do not see what difference it makes religion a person practices and the job they do. I have a friend that volunteers at a prison to do bible study and she is a witch also. It makes no matter discrimination is just that.

Well, I wouldn't represent myself (unless I was a lawyer). I'd get a lawyer for that. Better chance.

As an atheist, I cannot run for for a political office in a many states. How's that for religious descrimination? (It's actually written in their State Constitutions!)

sometimes it depends, though you have a religious belief but if your religious belief endangers your company or do harm to your company, your company has the right to sack you.

However, in your case, it seems that you religious belief doesn't do any harm in your company, you have the right to sue your company to fight for your right. Anyway, there is no guarantee you will win the the case. You need to prepare to spend a lot of time, effort, and money to fight for what you believe is your right.

Work and religion should not mix. I am with French Prime Minister Jacque Chirac on this topic. No Head-scarfs or other religious symbolism at work. You are bringing undue attention to yourself. Muslims annoy me in this way.

I'd sue them (hopefully with help from some group like the ACLU...lawsuits aren't cheap) and make sure everyone knew that company was discriminating on religious grounds.

It's happened to me - twice. I've worked for 2 companies where my boss was a Born Again Christian and they were both jerks.

I just bailed on them or ignored them. I'm very smart and talented and that kind of crap isn't worth my time.

Your religious belief does not belong in your workplace. Without any more details I can't tell if it is you or your employer who was in the wrong.
