I do, but I've witnessed jackoffs who don't.

Answerers are a wyrd mob,but you can be sure,
That if somebody asks a question nobody ever asked before,
It will be read carefully,by an answerer who thinks,
It rates a proper answer, even if the question stinks!
Not every answerer will read it,because those who really care,
Are all probably answering questions,in another category elsewhere.
Some questions are so boring, that to pass the time,
I just flame the questioners or answer them in rhyme.
So now you have an answer and I must bid adieu,
And look for questions better than this one asked by you!

I always read the full question and details before replying. I rarely read previous answers before I reply though, unless there's only been a couple of short answers so far.

I do. And sometimes I read it twice to make sure I am getting the clear picture as to what the real question is. And then I even read the answers before I attempt to answer.

I read an consider everything. Given that you posted nothing beyond your subject line, I will respond with the fact that you are mouthing off first.

I can only speak for myself, but I do read whatever the asker has taken the time and effort to write. However, I'm not sure how many of my answers actually get read in their entirety.

I do. Unless it's one of these question with enough details to fill a book, then I just ignore the question entirely.

If it is a short post, I will read it and then if I feel the need to answer I will answer. I usually do not even read the longer posts so therefore I dont answer.

Always. I don't want to make a fool of myself. I want to sound smart, whatever I say so I arm myself with the information first.
