Once when I signed up at a gym several years ago, the instructor told me that before you build muscle you must get rid of the fat first. He said if you don't then the muscle would build on top of the fat and that that was not a good thing to do.....
I really don't have an answer for you.

No, it's harder because fats are harder to get rid off. I f you think that fat gives you more muscles than why do fat people have a hard time losing weight and get themselves to the gym. Also why do muscle builders need steroids to build muscles instead just gain weight...

No, fat and muscle are two completely different things. You can have muscle and fat at the same time but your muscles won't look defined because they're hidden by fat.
Muscle can't turn to fat, and fat can't turn to muscle.

No, that's carefully preposterous. the reason obese human beings generally income muscle swifter is using the fact they're needless to say endomorphic, meaning that they positioned on something quickly, no count number if muscle or fat. in case you opt to income muscle, its somewhat no longer that perplexing, distinctly at your age, whilst your already turning out to be needless to say. basically consume lots, (proteins, healthful carbs, shrink sugar) and artwork out. you will see helpful factors because of the fact your testosterone will quickly be at its top too, which will help jumpstart the muscle construction technique.

thats why the doc tells you to lose weight first instead of excersizing cause the fat will turn to muscle and you want to lose the weight first

never thought about it, but it sure sounds like it could be right. Skinny guys with no muscles seem to stay that way.
