Most foods are processed and contain hydrogenated oil, enriched flour, and artificial sweeteners/flavor. You will notice those ingredients in most every container of food products. These things not only make us fat, but make you age faster.
Americans are not as active as people in other contries. We drive everywhere we want to go, even to the liquor store down the block. We choose to take the elevator and escalator instead of walking some flights of stairs. We stay in front of the COMPUTER and television instead of taking walks, or playing outside.
It is very sad.

That's an article from 1994. I'm sure there are a lot fewer obese people in this country, due to the fact that we have become much more weight conscious.

It's because George Bush went after the wrong type of WMD's. He should have gone after weapons of mass digestion. ie McDonalds, KFC etc

Because some have deseises, and some chose to be that way. So what you have a problem with that?
I hate people that say stuff like this. Who cares what you look like? It depends on the personallity.
