Trust me, having baby fine straight hair isn't all that! I have that and I can't do a darned thing with it. If I grow it past my shoulders, it looks ratty. Too short, I look like a round-faced boy with boobs or my mother (which is possibly worse). It won't keep a curl in it with curling irons. And when I USED to perm it, after I was done, I'd be able to feel a few spots where there was short fuzz - I assume, because my hairdresser would never tell me, that the perm solution ate through my hair.

Enjoy your hair. Nobody's ever happy with theirs. I bet if I saw yours, I'd be jealous as hell.

well depending how your hair is...you could try hair products, but i would work with what you have. go to really go stylist in your area and get a cut that will compliment your hair type. if you try to change your natural wave or curl then you have to use a whole bunch of hair products which in turn ruin your hair and make it dry and brittle.

there's nothing worst than dry brittle hair....it looks really bad.

What's wrong with your hair? Your friend's hair may look good on her but on you it might not. Stick with your own hair. If you want it ti shine ALOT, use Citrishine shampoo.

Get new parents. Otherwise enjoy what you have got. What you have now is the very best possible-enjoy it. You are who you are-make the best of it. Don't even want to be your friend-that is not who you are. Discover who you are first.

i naturally have thick, curly hair but no one knows that because I use a good straightner and Bio-Silk Silk Therapy shampoo and conditioner.

If that kind of hair is not in your dna (genetic blueprint), you're out of luck. Be thankful you're not bald.
