My boyfriend and i have been together for 7 months and i love him alot. The only thing is, he doesnt seem to care about me or anything, he always says "i dont know"to everything. He's always at our towns skatepark, or having Band practice.. He doesnt give me compliments, he doesnt like me hangingout with many guys alone, and doesn't SHOW me that he cares for me, even though he says he does.. and i just wish i could make him care.. and i dont know what to do with this type of guy

You can't make him love you, sadly. :( I have been where you are, and I can tell you that it won't get better. :( I thought it would and I let it go on for three and a half years. Sadly, it's time to leave him, and get to know yourself again, apart from him. Next time you fall in love, make sure you save it for a guy that is going to respect you and not treat you like junk. You deserve better. You deserve a man's love in return for yours, and you aren't getting that.

to be honest it would be better if i knew how old he was so i can have a better understanding of where his mind set is. What i have learned through the years is if a guy genuinely likes you he will always put in the effort to see you or talk to you, he will always seem like he cares. Being the fact that it has only been a month and you are already having problems i would say move on. but since you seem to really like this guy I would say possibly send him a message if u are too scared to do it in person... a good way of not sounding obsessive is maybe asking him what he wants out of the relationship, if he'd much rather be friends and state why you think u feel its not working out. tell him whatever he wants out of u two u will respect and if he says he just wants to be friends then act like ur ok with it i dont know why but u play reverse psychology on a guy they tend to take the bate.. if you act like u dont like him he will want to go after you.. dont be too clingy. and if he says he wants to stay in this relationship then tell him your concerns and what needs to change

i had a guy just like that. so i know what you are going thru. the only thing i can tell you is that you will have to find someone else. guys like this are called emotionally unavailable. he cant or wont give you the attention that you need. in the end you will be continually complaining about it and that will be his excuse to leave you. so get out now. you dont need a guy who cant show you love. talk is cheap. good luck

Dump him. Find someone who does care. Why put up with someone who doesn't give back what you give him? Time to let him go sweetie and find someone who will do those things. He won't change--don't wait around expecting him to because he won't. Just move on. You deserve someone better.
