I gained 77lbs with my son....that being said I lost 90lbs by only eating until I felt full. If you stop yourself each time your stomach will slowly shrink. You should also try drinking water and some juices when you feel hungry, your brain will tell you, you are hungry when you are just dehydrated. GOOD LUCK!!

the ONLY lifestyle change that has ever worked for me is the atkins nutritional approach. it's not a diet (as in get on get off) it's a new way of living. if atkins is too strict for you try south beach or the diabetes diet, they're both "atkins lite" anyway. they tweaked just enough to keep from getting sued.

Yes, eat sensibly with lots of servings of fruits and vegetables, avoid processed food, exercise at least 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes, and do other activities to keep your mind active and relaxed.

This should keep your body going for years to come.

It's not new, and it's not a diet. It's called exercise. Add an exercise routine, or up the intensity if you already have one.
