I still love everyone I ever loved and some of my past loves I still miss to some degree. There is always going to be some connection because of that shared love. What I feel depends on what happened to end the relationship. Of the exes I've mcome into contact with afterwards, the connection was not quite right as if they were in a fog. I saw them but they were not who I thought them to be. I was the same to them.
I think the best thing to do is for both people to acknowledge their feelings, but to be aware that time changes things. Old lovers make pretty good friends.

It all depends on how involved a person was. In my experience, there have been two women that I have yet to completely let go. Then again, I've never had romantic contact with them. There is one woman that I was with that I had feelings for, but now when I see her... lol all I think about when it comes to her is the sexual portion of our relationship, but that may simply be because that's what our relationship was built off of in the first place.

It's funny you know, sometimes I can go a year or two without seeing an ex and i'll think there will be no connection whatsoever. But it often seems like we get along exactly the same as we used to, and I get all the same feelings all over again!

It would depend on the break up. If it was a hostile or difficult break up, then chances are I will not have any of those romantic feelings I used to have for her. If it was an amicable break up then there may be some lingering feelings for her.

I would be happy if she moved on but I would always think of our times good/bad and I'm a very good person so it isnt hard to find someone new but I would always help her and respect her NO HATING! or HARD FEELINGS !!!!!!!
