First, I'm wondering WHY it is exactly you need to lose that weight in three weeks. Is it really truly worth the risk of harming your body internally? From what you've stated, it sounds like you're doing a great workout regimen and that maybe you should give yourself a little (or a lot) credit for being as dedicated as you are. The problem with genetics and heredity, is that if you have a certain body type in your family history, odds are you will follow suit. Imagine what you'd look like if you never worked out? Hmm, makes you think maybe it's not so bad. I realize we all want more, and that the grass is greener on the other side, but come on, "a tall glass of iced tea"? No, that's not smart and you know it; a glass of iced tea unsweetened has five calories, no carbs, no protein, no nourishment. What's the matter with raw veggies or a glass of skim milk instead? I don't think you need to "diet more."
If there's some occasion that you're trying to slim down for in three weeks, sure, you can do the whole no-carb thing for that time span and I guarantee the pounds will come off, but it'll all come back, trust me.
And how exactly do you eat regularly? Do you eat cheese? Breads? Potatoes? Red meats? Fried foods? Mayo? Soda pop or juice? Because ALL of those should already be out of your diet for the most part. And if you haven't omitted them yet, do it now and watch what a difference it makes.
Bottom line, give yourself more credit. What's the point of being so good about your workouts if you're only going to stress over how it isn't enough? Take it from me, it's self-sabotaging. I realize it was a waste of energy to harp on myself before because I only had 7% body fat. Sick isn't it? Don't do what I did before.
Good luck.

Although you eat a healthy 2000 calories, I would say cut back somewhere. For example...if you have 3 little snacks in a day, cut down to 2 or even 1.
The iced tea should be diet because the regular iced tea has more calories and sugar.

You might be able to lose that much in 3 weeks, but you will gain all of it right back the following week when you start eating. You'll also be malnourished.
Instead, you should consider CAREFULLY changing what you eat, and gradually lose your weight then maintain it for long time to come.
It's hard to say if anything is wrong, because you didn't say your age, height or the current weight. If your weight has been stable, you are eating what your body require.

Well, yes, it would technically work. However, I don't think "dieting" is the answer to being healthy. You probably need to rethink your portion size. There are many internet sites and books that tell you what portions to eat of what foods, and you may be surprised how small they should be! But as far as drinking tea, do that! It's very good for you.

Completely cutting out one meal will probably make you consume more. Not everyone needs 2,000 calories a day. Cut your calories back and eat food that is healthy more often. Eating food that is high in sugar and/or fat will only make you feel full slower and hungry again shortly after you eat.

drinking liquids is good, but if you work out so much you need some real food too. try eating vegetables and fruits when you're hungry. eat those all day. and remember they have to be raw. veggies contain the amount of alories a body need everyday, not more. so they're perfect. and the ontain a lot of vitamins! have fun!
