because some people say i love you but i am not in love with u i be looking like what the hell!!!!!!!!!

basically it is like you can be dating someone and have deep feelings like you love them but in love with them means like you want to spend forever with them when you are around them you are always happy like that you can love you best friend does not mean you are in love with them.

I love you simply means ..... the person cares about you allot like a friend... being in love with someone is on a so called romantic level, when you share deep intense feelings for the person..

Um. When I usually say that I usually mean that I like being friends with you. I like spending time with you. I care for you so very much. But I can't love you as more than a friend. It just isn't there.
