sinus is killing my neck giving me migraines.

Sinus problems can usually be taken care of by an otolaryngologist (ENT) and the neck thing by a good chiropractor. It is better to go to a chiropractor who uses an activator rather than doing manual adjustment, although manual adjustment is not bad. It's just that the activator provides much better and longer lasting results. Good luck.

to treat the neck pain-warm moist heat-muscle relaxers-ibuprofen-and rest. to treat your sinus problem-if you have a sinusitis-maybe and antibiotic and see your fmd.
