Here are a few observations to consider as you begin your search for an objective answer:

Discoveries in astronomy have shown beyond a reasonable doubt that the universe did, in fact, have a beginning. There was a single moment of creation.

Advances in molecular biology have revealed vast amounts of information encoded in each and every living cell, and molecular biologists have discovered thousands upon thousands of exquisitely designed machines at the molecular level. Information requires intelligence and design requires a designer.

Biochemists and mathematicians have calculated the odds against life arising from non-life naturally via unintelligent processes. The odds are astronomical. In fact, scientists aren't even sure if life could have evolved naturally via unintelligent processes. If life did not arise by chance, how did it arise?

The universe is ordered by natural laws. Where did these laws come from and what purpose do they serve?

Philosophers agree that a transcendent Law Giver is the only plausible explanation for an objective moral standard.

So, ask yourself if you believe in right and wrong and then ask yourself why. Who gave you your conscience? Why does it exist?

People of every race, creed, color, and culture, both men and women, young and old, wise and foolish, from the educated to the ignorant, claim to have personally experienced something of the supernatural. So what are we supposed to do with these prodigious accounts of divine healing, prophetic revelation, answered prayer, and other miraculous phenomena?

Ignorance and imagination may have played a part to be sure, but is there something more?

If you drive a car, you say the car factory planned, designed and manufactured it. Yet you see the billions of living and non-living beings in the Universe and yet ask " How do we know that GOD is with you and with me?"

That's a simple one if you see God as I do. In my view, God works on the group work theory. In any group of number n there are n + 1 personalities. Therefore, given the population of the world (group) n the are n + 1 personalities. The +1 is God. Therefore, God is with you and with me since by definition God is formed by existence of the group of which you and I are both a part.

We know that God is with you and me, because in the Bible it states that God will be with us. In scripture such as Dt.31:6, Heb.13:5. There is also scripture that talks about the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, part of the God head.
And this knowledge is only, if you are willing to accept the truth of the Bible. From any other perspective, I would not know how to answer.

Well, I know that God is with His children because He tells us in His Word "I will never leave you nor forsake you" and in Romans 8 He said "Nothing can separate you from the love of God," then proceeds to list Satan and his workers and everything else you can think of that could possible separate you from Him.
And I know that God is with me because I can feel His presence much of the time. When I pray and sing praises in the morning I generally weep from His closeness. And He speaks to my heart many times when I need His Help in situations.

I know God is with me becuase I asked him into my heart. I don't always know who else has God in their heart but it doesn't matter to me because we are all children of God. I have lived without God in my heart and it was horrible but now that God is in my life even when things are bad they aren't as bad because I know I am being taken care of. It's all about Faith.

He wrote us a letter (the Bible) and assured us that it was so. He tells us that no one can ever do us any permanant harm (even if they kill us). He tells us that he not only sees everything that is sone and hears everything that is said, but, he also knows our thoughts and the motivations of our hearts. People have tried and tried to destroy his letter. They have banned it, burned it and done all sorts of things to keep it out of our hands, but God has preserved it, made it widely translated and better circulated than any other book ever published. How can you doubt that he is with you? Are you with him??

It's sorta like flying a kite. There comes a point when you can't see it, but every now and the you fell a little "tug" to know it's there. God gives you signs to show he is there too.

because you are alive - God is life and life is God. This does not mean that you are God, just a little piece of Him. The drop must return to the ocean before it can claim to be the ocean.
