a) it's their job to interfere with illegal behavior
b) people want rules to apply to others but not to themselves--they want the freedom to do as they please sans repurcussion for their actions but yet want to be protected from the actions of others
c)paranoia, self-centeredness, and stupidity on behalf of people who think they are always being interrupted and interfered with--now really, why would anyone (law enforcement) make more work for themselves for no reason if someone wasn't doing something suspicious, foolhardy, or wrong? and why make themselves work harder just to mess with some peon who thinks he/she is all that unless there is cause? and how would they even know if it wasn't done in such a manner as to be brought to their attention?

Because so many people are breaking the law. People get it into their heads that certain laws are unfair and they break the law. A law, right or wrong, is a law until its changed.

Been in the US for 4 years...came legally..just haven't filed residency papers yet..told them i can't afford too..they don't even care..so really...they haven't interfered with me at all...except barring me from working..to pay for the the damn ****...which is turning my opinion against them...

I haven't been interrupted or interfered with. Perhaps if people laid off the criminal activity their lives would be less intruded upon.
