What you need first of all is to know the actual amount of each of those elements in the soil you are going to plant them.
Choose the proper method for extracting these data accordingly to soil texture and pH.
Secondly, you have to set a target yield for the crop, accordingly to the variety, location, yield history, previous crop, etc.
And finally, choose the font (commercial fertilizer) and calculate how much you need.
If you send all these data to the fertility lab they'll answer you with the necessary amount of fertilizer.
