No it's not wrong. This guy is bascially like someone else you meet on a daily basis. You are not even blood relatives. I don't know why other people are bashing about it on here.

Absolutely not wrong!! It definitely is not wrong!!!
Think of it this way:
What if you to had fallen in love first, and then your aunt married his father? In that order it would have been perfectly fine!!!
From your question I gather that when you two met each other, you were already grown up, by that I mean that you were not raised thinking he was your blood cousin.
Come on!!! That is even encouraged by some families...
I would suggest not proceeding with the relationship if it will just end abruptly and miserably. But if you see the possibility for a marriage in the future, that is just great!!!

I had a step-cousin try to mess w/ me at a family reunion once. YUCK!!! We were raised as cousins...so I guess, with it not being illegal, it depends on how you know each other, just through the family or did you know each other before the union of your aunt and his dad? YUCK!!!

So long as it isn't a blood relative, I don't see anything wrong with it. It might make family reunions a little strange though.

Not really you aren't blood related but, it has to be ok with all the relatives or it will cause problems.

No. I don't think so. It might make things weird at family funtions though. So keep that in mind.

Hey, as long as he's not spoken for, it's perfectly okay. If you choose to marry the dude, that's perfectly okay too.

Ethically wrong...not necessarily biologically wrong.
