I'm easy... I just want meat, cheese, tomatoes, salt and pepper!
One thing that annoys me though is that they used to make deli sandwiches with salami no problem, even if it wasn't on the menu. And now suddenly they refuse to do it, except at one store.
Also, some stores tell me I can only get a kiddie meal with a deli sandwich, while others let me have a regular meal. I don't get this. What difference does it make to Subway? Why can I have chips and a drink for $2 with a 6 inch sub, but not with a deli sub?

I have a friend thats getting a job there. Friends that previously had jobs there.. all complained because people are picky. That's everywhere with customer service though.
I'll admit it, I'm one of those picky people.
Srry it's nothing personal >_<

yeah, and why do you have to wash dishes for like- the 1st two weeks? " umm... how is this training me to make sandwiches?"
Once, a lady came back because her sandwich was "dry."
It was cheese and lettuce ONLY!
what do people expect?
Sister, I feel your pain

Well maybe you should listen to the customer instead of making the sandwich your way. Afterall if we the customers didn't come into subway, you wouldn't have a job.
Besides your store isn't the only one with customers issues, just think the espresso girl and the crap she has to deal with is much more a pain in the tushy than too much mustard. =o)
Cheers! Try a different line of business..customers are out in retail no matter what you do!
