i stole razor blades from a store by where i lived because i was so desprate to cut myself.....
p.s. i do not cut anymore i stopped because my gf asked me not to because she did not want me to cut too deep and die

When I want to binge, I am desperate. I hop from store to store. I dig through the trash. I hide, and stuff everything in so fast I can barely breathe. I can devour an entire pizza, plate of fries, bowls of ice cream in one sitting. I just eat until I am on the verge of physically bursting.
I can't believe I typed that out...

well hon, we all have had at one time or another a shameful secret...there isn't anything sooo horrible that you cant talk about. the key is finding someone you trust to confide in. i do know from personal experience that keeping in shame will eat away at your very existence... hope all works out for you... take care
