There is this one woman working across the street from at radioshack. Im Indian so i have a little accent and she is african american. I like her a lot and we always cross eyes with each other. I can tell she wants me to make a move on her. what should i do because shes older than me by like 20 years.

Older women are the greatest, trust me. Just next time that happens walk across the street and introduce yourself....
Orrrrr just take off work one day and go into RadioShack to "buy something" *hint hint* and say "I noticed you looking in my direction the other day and it made me want to introduce myself" or something like that :)

just talk to her first without making a move. ask her about herself, how she is doing, how she likes her job, etc. then if you guys hit it off, ask when she is going to take her break and maybe you can go get something together. if you guys work near each other, its easy, just hang out more around her and get to know her better. if its meant to be then the next step will come naturally.

are you saying you're 25 and she's 45? Maybe she wants you to make a move on her, maybe not. Ask her to lunch and let her lead the conversation.
