speeding through your subdivision? Apparently its illegal or some crap like that, go figure! lol I get tired of morons going 50 mph down a residential street, so I think we should be allowed to throw rocks, do you think that would stop them? lol

Although tempting, I don't think rocks are a good idea... It is illegal and you could get into a large amount of trouble for it.
If you consistently call the non-emergency police number for your area and report them, the cops will set up a speed trap for them. Your neighborhood could also consider putting in speed bumps.

I think that throwing rocks would just land us in jail.Maybe it was Mel Gibson(kidding).It's not funny people could get hurt.Kids like to play outside and some don't listen when a ball goes in the street,anything could happen.I think that if they would make it legal for us to have cars made where those spikes that the cops use to pop a tire would be better for those idiots.Who don't think about people who can get killed or killed themselves.

I had a kid throw a rock at my car and I was not driving wild - just a vandal. I wanted to kick his ***, but he was like 7 so it seemed like that wasn't worth it.
Hey, the Arabs have an eye-for-an-eye culture, and it is pretty effective at reducing stealing, vandals, murder, etc.
Of course the bible says God will equalize it all in the afterlife, but I don't buy that when the guy casting the first stone happens to be "god-fearing."

It should be legal to throw rocks at anyone acting in a rude manner, but it ain't...so, we're stuck with just being able to give them the finger legally...My grandmother used to throw garbage cans at speeding cars but, she was senile and always got away with it as a result.

Yeah its illegal to thow rocks at someone! Have you tried talking to the law enforcement folks or your city council about the problem?
Take down their license plate number and turn them in, you will have to sign an avidavit saying what you saw!

it is very violent, however, throwing rocks at cars it's also very violent and it's not going to solve anything but it might get you in trouble just report it to the right authorities to see if they can do something about it . good luck
