It seems to be the traditional Christian view that life only exists on planets. But there are all kinds of angelic beings described in the Bible, and Jesus refers to Mansions being built in heaven, and there is plenty of space. I'm a Christian, and I tend to think that there is life everywhere throughout the universe, and if we don't think about this and they discover life on other planets they will call us fools, when really the Bible has been saying this all along.
I think the next theory of evolution thought bomb will be that the mising links are explained by life evolving on other planets. Your thoughts?

There are several views of life on other planets.
one popular one is the Nephilim theory. In the bible, the angles came and bred with man, creating this bree of half-angles, called nephilim. the theory states that these beings are esponsible for all of the alien sightings, abductions, etc.
another theory is that the planets were made for us, for when we Jesus comes back. we are to reign on earth for 1000 years. Since people won't die during that time, we will probably run out of space on earth hand have to move to the other planets.
Still another theory is that there is life on other planets. Christians use Jesus as an example to prove that there is only life on earth, since the bible says that he only came to earth to save us. but i'ts possible that no other planets needed saving! Perhaps their version of "adam and eve" didn't screw up, and they areliving in perfect harmony with God
hope that helps

I am a Christian also and I do not think we are the only galaxy. I think it is beyond planets but galaxies. No doubt in my mind they will go digging somewhere else just to explain a theory. They are now installing a telescope that is going to cost billions of dollars just to prove the big bang theory. Just think of all of the good that could be done with that kind of money. Poor people everywhere in the world could eat plenty for a long time.

The Bible says God CREATED the whole universe. Their is a good chance there is life elsewhere. The mystery would be is it like ours. I also believe other life would need a savior. The Bible is concerned with life here on Earth, but many magnificent things the Lord shows he can do, and forms of life He's big on.

I don't think the Bible contains the answer you seek. If you creatively translated it someone could give you an answer. I'm certain that it doesn't matter to my religion.
