Don't be so serious about it, and keep excercising, try a different type of milk (lowfat, 2%, or skim or something). And if you've been constantly working out and your stomach isn't shrinking yet, maybe you arent' doing the right excercises to target that area, see a professional (be forewarned--they can be expensive) or a doctor (It could be heredity or some kind of problem). But remember not to take any of this too seriously. Love the skin you're in!!!!!

All that exercise without changing your eating habits is pointless. I've been there done that. I had to give up all the junk food that I love sooooo much and simply eat fish and chicken/turkey breasts (not fried). I had to give up potatoes, corn, rice... I eat a piece of fruit with every meal, which is a meat, veggie and fruit. I drink 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday and I run 2 to 3 miles 5 days a week and 6 miles on weekends (walk/run).

Since changing my eating habits I've lost 41 lbs in 4 months and I've got at least 40 to go. It's NOT easy, but I look and feel so much better.

The best way to loose weight is to exercise and incorporate a meal plan. One without the other will not be as effective so try this...The basic rule to loosing weight is to burn more calories than you intake. Your body does this in three ways:
1. Your BMR - Believe it or not, you burn a certain amount of calories a day by doing nothing at all. This is your BMI. For example, I'd burn 2000+ calories a day just lying in bed.
2. Exercise and other tasks that burn calories.
3. Food digestion... Your body burns calories even when you digest food!
You wanna eat six small meals a day, in smaller portions, 2-3 hours apart. You want to do this because if you do one of three things below, your body goes into what is called "starvation" mode and stores calories as fat for a precaution:
1. Severly limit calories
2. Overeat
3. Go too long in between meals.

When you limit calories your body takes this as a sign that it may be it's last meal for a while, and it stores the little calories that you've taken in and stores them up for survival.
The same thing happens when you overeat. Your body takes this as a sign that you're overeating because it could be your last meal for a while, so it again stores calories as fat as a precaustion.
Same thing goes for going too long in between meals. Your body then goes into starvation mode and stores the little calories you have as fat to survive... What you wanna do is plan out meals and snacks everyday or the night before so that you make sure you have six planned meals. Eat them 2-3 hours apart and this will definitly help.

Three weeks is not a long time to see results. It takes approximately 2-3 months to see results of working out and eating right.

You need to eat healthy, or all that working out is for nothing. Low fat, high fiber foods, fruits, veggies, no sodas or fried foods and lost of water. It's a lifestyle change, not a diet. Keep up your routine, you are doing well, but you need to give your body a rest 1-2 days a week. Studies show you do better that way.

What do you mean you have a problem with your stomach?

Try this programme it really helped me loose weight so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.

eat grapefruit. i personally think its a yucky fruit but many like it. if you eat at least one per day (one for breakfast and maybe one during the day would be great) you will loose all the excess water in your body first (im assuming youre toned from your exercise plan so maybe you just have some water floating around) and then slowly youll start losing fat. good luck :) just stay healthy!!!
