You may have a goiter in your thyroid gland. It is called a certain condition, which requires thyroid medication to control it. Go see your doctor right away, or an Endocrinologist as soon as you can. If it is doing that, it might be that it is advanced, et c. Also, it might just be an eye condition, and require surgery, and so you should check with your eye doctor. I would do that right away. Don't wait.

as a Dr I should say that if Ur 1 eye >>>>retrobulbar mass>> do MRI
If both eyes>>>> hyperthyroidism(exophtalmy)>>> Blood analysis

If it is only one eye ball coming out it could be a retro orbital mass and very very serious .If both eye balls are uniformly coming out it could be hyperthyroidism(exophthamic goiter). Consult a doctor.

You could have a thyroid problem, or a boyfriend who beats you. Either way, you need medical attention.
Why have you not already seen a doctor? Are you going to wait for it to be in your lap?

I am a nurse, and you should get you're thyroid checked-it is checked in a blood test, sometimes you need to go on medication, other times you need to have you're thyroid removed-good luck!
