Yes, i like it very much because is not that sweet besides it has chocolate and coffee. It is moisty, creamy, have liquor on it, excellent desert.

Not too sweet, creamy and rich with a touch of liquor, plus the addition of chocolate. Yay, it's a win win win and win again taste sensation. I do not have a recipe, I married into an Italian family and have the benefit of having lots of family who make it a lot. If you check out the Martha Stewart website she had a couple of great recipes there which she got when she visited Italy during the Winter Olympics last winter. Best of luck and happy eating...

A good tiramisu is impossible to beat, but there is nothing worse than a bad one. I love the stuff because of that very distinct mascarpone flavor along with the espresso and chocolate.

I love tiramisu- when I lived in Italy I took every chance to eat it! I haven't tried making it myself yet, mainly becase marscapone is ridiciously overpriced in North America.

It's heaven. I haven't tried making it yet tho. Usually when I think about making it I'm not at a grocery store that sells that kind of cheese here.

Its Ok
I am not crazy about it. Usually it is old and mushy and the cream is lumby. I am not a big fan of unsweetened cinnamon and the places around here sprinkle it all over the cake.

YES! It is not as heavy as some desserts. But it has to be a good one, I've had some before that didn't have much flavor.

I find it too wet for my taste. I like Napoleans better.
