Ive always thought it decreased calorie fat because its getting rid of the soft fatty part of it, but hey, beats me! although in many diets they say a piece of toast is allowed which i think means that it probably has either a less fat or calorie count in it. i think toasting does do something :) just dont overburn it, black bread is just extra calories ;)

once you toast bread, you're in actuality caramelizing the sugars, which makes it flavor diverse, yet does not regulate the quantity of energy interior of it. think of approximately it- in case you toast bread, then undertaking it to warmth, is there something which would be contained in the bread contained in the beggining which would be there contained in the tip (apart from some water, which might have evaporated). As on your different question, there could be on the fringe of seventy 9 energy in a slice of hassle-free white bread thickly sliced with the crusts eaten. Thinly sliced, crusts no longer eaten? 32.

How would it change the calorie count? If anything, it may reduce the vitamin benifits by cooking some of them out. Either way it would be an extremely slight difference. Just enjoy it either way, and eat whole wheat, it's the best for you!
