Firstly speak to your doctor to establish a healthy diet. Never just choose a diet without consultation with your doctor. Second. Stick to the diet. Make sure you get plenty of proper balanced food and nutrition from that food. Then take up exercising in a gym or something. Pressups, jogging, etc are all good for building up muscles and body. But again, seek qulified advice throughtout, and always follow the qualified advice. Don't listen to the armchair 'experts' who think they know better. My nephew was small and weak when he was fourteen, however he began to eat correctly and exercise and he has filled out nicely and is pretty strong.
Finally, we all grow in stages. Sometimes we grow taller, sometimes we grow fatter. But in stages. You could just be going through an upward stage and not an outward stage. So don't worry yourself into an early grave over it. As long as your doctor isn't worried you shouldn't be. I am six foot tall but spent most of my life at 9 and a half to ten and a half stone in weight (not sure how that translates to kg) I was undeweight. But my doctor found no actual cause for this and eventually I grew out of it.

Healthy food and exercise. Don't go nuts though! Bananas are good to start with, apples, oranges, as quick energy foods. You can combine bananas, berries, yoghurt and milk in a blender and there you have a nice breakfast. Or you can have some light pancakes topped with berries. At your age your school should be telling you about the food groups, the portions you should have in a day and so on. If I were you I would follow that. Yes, start cooking, cooking is fun and food tastes better when you make it. Surprise your family, surprise yourself, and the lucky student you have your eye on!

don't listen to these nonsense people. Be proud of who you are, so what if you are the weakest, people doesn't care if you look good in the outside, it matter about the inside.

Be active and eat healthy. If you do that, you will probably outlive all those other boys in your class and that will be way more satisfying than just being stronger than them now.
