Okay, I know this sounds pathetic, but I really miss my ex and I'm DYING to talk to him. I want to see how he's doing and maybe hang out with him sometime soon considering we both only have one more week of summer left before school starts. We only broke up last week, am I being too forward?

We agreed to be friends, but Idk if the whole "friendship" thing is in effect yet so soon. Especially since we haven't talked in days. Everyone tells me to just leave him alone, but I just can't seem to stop thinking about him. Am I being ridiculous?!?

You should give it a little more time. It sounds like maybe you haven't totally gotten over him, in which case you need to wait longer.

Spend more time with other friends to keep you mind off him. Maybe mend relationships you might have neglected while you were with him (it happens to everyone, especially when first dating someone new).

Clear your mind and move on a little more before you try and be friends with him. Otherwise, old feelings come back, you try and get back together with him, and things get ugly.

Listen to the people who care about you and leave him be for now. You may find another boy soon and forget all about what's-his-name and then it will be a non-issue.

No I don't think you are being ridiculous. You may still have some feeling for the guy. It could also be sign of desperation. You could be feeling that you may never find someone else.

If you feel like you should talk to him, by all means do it. However, don't force any issues. If it isn't there anymore, do move on. You may want to date other guys. Take a cooling off that way.

Dont worry. If you both agreed to be friends thats good. But maybe everyones right. I think you should leave him alone for awhile. Let him think awhile. He will come around and he will talk to you. Just give him some more time. You said you broke up last week its to soon to be talking to him. So just relax let everything coll down for awhile.

Go out with your girlfriends laugh giggle and look at all the talent out there. Its so soon after the break up friendship may not be possible at the moment for you and him. Your feelings are still all over the place. So phone a girlfriend and have a longggggggggg chat.

it's o.k. to have these feelings. I think it might be better to wait until you are over him to start the whole friend thing. I broke up with someone and continued talking to him soon after the breakup it did'nt help. I found out once I stopped talking to him I was able to get over him. Now much later we are great friends.

You're not being rediculous. It's natural to miss him. But it really is in your best interest to NOT seek him out. Wait a while longer, maybe even a couple months...or at least until you can think about him without missing him.

it takes 30days and night of not talking to him to loosen the connection its like with drawal from drugs it hurts the most in the begining but it gets better I promise. Stay away from him if you guys have really decided to end things.Do not humiliate your self I promise you will regret it if you do.Really think before you act.
