Definitely not. Usually eyelashes are close to hair color. I once had a student with eyelashes that were super-pale orange... I would get so distracted (and kind of freaked out) looking at them that I would forget what I was supposed to be teaching!

No, many blondes and natural redheads have a light brown to blonde color, while many people with varying brown and blonde colors have brown to black. You can actually get them dyed to avoid putting on mascara, for girls--isn't that crazy? Hope I helped, it's a good question.

No. I have dark brown, and a fair-skinned, red head I know has blond. It depends on your coloring.
Maybe it just seems that way because so many women wear black mascara.
