I'm thinking that if God is real he would give us a way to know if he's real and know the truth about other things. He gave us a brain, so we must have the ability to know the truth. Mabye our pride, and emotions, or denial get in the way. Maybe we know the truth in our soul, but not our mind sometimes. What do you think?

I would say and agree that every soul does know the truth about god and the mind does tend to ignore these important points in life. But these are ofcourse one of satan's tricks to try and divulge our mind's to worldly matters and ignore the the existence of god. I totally agree with you that god did give us all a brain to find out the truth and we should spare a moment every day thinking about this. But, god does try to open our minds to know about the truth in the form of a book which I would advise you to read. The books name is "The Quran" in english translation which you will be able to find in most bookshops. This book did open the minds and hearts of many people including me.

have you ever seen a goose tailed warbler probably not only a very small hand full of people even know what one is and even some of them don't think they existed even with proof. the ones that doubted their existence even after seeing it and using there brain to varify what they just saw still deny it.
When it comes to God you can't use your brain your pride or any of that stuff. You have to use your heart or your gut instinct and what it's telling you. Looking for proof won't lead you any closer to knowing the truth just more questions.
Trust your heart over anything in this matter and it will more than likely lead you to what you are looking for.........

It is possible, and lots of people have awakened to a direct connection to God from within. Humanity is in a process of awakening collectively, and that process is about to accelerate exponentially. You are well on your way to the experience of direct illumination as a result of simply being here on the planet when this shift occurs. We are about to reconnect with the Creator, and the truth will be revealed to all. I highly recommend a book called the Starseed Transmissions by Ken Carey.

there is information that Jesus existed so i think he's actual, and considering the bible become written with the aid of guy it is possibly it is misguided. i'm agnostic so perhaps there is a few variety of God accessible, purely no longer those christians imagine. Yes you can know He is real. But a person cannot "prove" it to you. That is why when you look around, you see certain people, many people, whose faith is so solid and secure, unshakeable. That is because only God can reveal to anyone that they can trust Him, and His word, as true.
When you receive that kind of revelation, from God, it doesn't matter what anyone says to you.

God is real - when he lives in your heart he proves over and over that he is real. Put your pride aside - Knowing God is a wonderful experience and the things he does in your life are equally as wonderful.

I think that there is no proof and religion has always been self serving and has had the same goals and this is proof enough for me to disprove it. Reading the Bible to find out if it is real is redundant. That is like asking the Pope if he believes in God.

impossible. if he is as great and powerful as others say he is then our feeble brains could never truly understand a being like that. I'm sure you'll get the bible thumpers all telling you that they know who he is and what he wants or thinks. they're full of crap and in SERIOUS denial.

Your right, he did. He gave us his word (the bible when rightly divided). He gave us his son. He also gave another gift. The gift of holy spirit so we can manifest his power. Then we can see that he is real and know that he is true.

The Book of mormon says that if you read the Bood of Mormon and then ask God if it is true he will give you an answer.
