But trimming your ends and gettin ga hair cut are two different things............. just find a stylist who knows that............... you need a trim every 6-8 weeks to keep your hair healthy and keep your ends from splitting. And a deep conditioner every 4-6 weeks. When you get your ends trimmed it should not be a lot of hair where it is barely visible on the floor. Just make sure you tell your stylist you want your ends trimmed, not a hair cut. Don't try to "make it even" or anything else they try to tell you, either yoi know how to trim ends, or I will go somewhere else, you only want the ends trimmed........ You should barely notice that your hair was cut when they finish.

Just cut the ends of your hair that are split, or have someone/stylist cut it off for you. Its best to get rid of them now since it will only make your hair look dry & damaged anyways. Follow up with a real good deep conditioner of choice and also you can probably use a leave-in conditioner daily.

First, snip off the splitends, then begin to take better care of your hair. Do you use a hairdryer, curling iron, and or flat iron, the more stress and heat used on your hair causes dryness, breakage, and splitends. I would begin by giving my hair a break from some of the abuse, add a deep conditioner to your routine. If you don't have time or can't afford to go to a salon use this technique at home: shampoo as usual, apply conditioner, comb thru with a wide tooth comb or large pick, then wrap your head with a hot towel, leave on for 10 minutes and rinse. Also, the use of a clarifying shampoo twice a week rids you hair of buildup of styling products, shampoo, and etc.

if you dont trim the split ends, it will get worse and go up your hair then you will have to cut more of it off..Rather cut it now than later right?? Just have em trim it up..nothing huge.

well, the truth is that there is no remedy for split ends, once you've got them, then you've got it. if you see a split end, go to the hairdressers and get them cut straight away or it will split higher.
