This makes no sense.
The only way you could burn up muscles would be through atrophy--not using them--or over dieting/weight loss where your body consumes its lean muscles for fuel.
Crying does neither of these and is not a recommended way of losing weight.

Not sure if it burns muscles, but is does release toxic chemicals out of your system.

You're always burning calories. If you have more muscle, you burn more calories.
