I think God made you the way you are for a reason. There are very critical reasons why plastic surgery should be used. If you were in a bad car wreck, or were attacked, something of that sort, I would see honest reasoning behind it. But I feel that if the procedures are being used to enhance your boobs, and tuck your tummy, then your vanity would make the world blind to your boobs and your belly. Rather than seeing the great job the doctors did, they would only see how concerned you were with what everyone else thinks of you.

I think if you are getting corrective plastic surgery (like to fix a deformity) it is okay because it will help you to live a more normal life especially if you have a problem that is effecting you medically and not just emotionally. I also think that if you are extremely self conscious about something that you act more self centered because all you think about is yourself and what people think about you, therefore if you had the surgery you could go on living a normal life and be able to think about others rather than just constantly thinking about yourself. BUT, if you are getting multiple and unnecessary procedures done i think God would definitely not approve because you should be proud of the way He made you and not take it for granted.

God wouldn't think of it one way or the other. It's pretty much neutral. Maybe God would care about WHY someone is having plastic surgery. It's the motivation that counts. If I have plastic surgery because I want to be beautiful and seduce someone's husband, God would not approve; but it would be my motive that was a sin, not the surgery itself.

I would think he wouldn't approve the more frivolous uses.
For medical reasons, (say someone gets their nose broken and it is becoming a hazard to their health because of sinus infections, or say some guy hets his face whacked by a bear), I can't say, but they seem to follow the moral rule.
Face lifts, however, are another story.
God made you the way you are, and tampering with the way you look for the purpose of making yourself prettier (except in extreme cases, perhaps) is Vanity, and vanity is a sin - usually a venial one, but nonetheless, a sin.
P.S: Just look at Michael Jackson.

If he was against it he wouldn't have given people the ability to perform it on others.
Plastic Surgery helps a lot of people, burn/attack victims, and people who have survived severe accidents that need reconstructive surgery to return back to their way of life - at least physically.
I think what you are asking is if he would think cosmetic/elective surgery is wrong? and in that case I have no idea, but I doubt it. I am sure with all the problems the world has this isn't on the top of the list.

Why would God care about plastic surgery? You aren't altering your soul, just its temporary container. Of all the things in this world that trouble the Lord, I just can't see that plastic surgery would be on the list.

I think that God would be sad if you got plastic surgery because He made you in His image. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. He loves you just the way you are and when you get plastic surgery you are telling Him that you don't approve of His creation. I believe it makes Him sad. Don't change who you are.. God always loves you!!

If God exists, he probably does not like plastic surgery. Because afterall he created that person ugly and takes great pleasure at seeing that person ridiculed for his/her looks.

He'd probably wonder "Why in the world are they changing the outside when they need to be working on the inside?" And then he would roll his eyes and throw up his hands like any good parent.
