You can't lose fat that fast. You could drop a few pounds, but anything that fast is water and temporary. Best to just bite the bullet and learn good eating and exercise habits. Extra fat cells you get now will stay with you for life so you don't want to get fat early in life, nor do you want to learn to starve yourself because that WILL kill you faster than being fat.
Talk to your parents about eating smart. A couple of tips -
lots of fruit and vegetables
drink plenty of WATER every day, like 8 glasses or several water bottles
NO soda. Even diet soda is bad for you, and other sweet drinks are nearly as bad. Stuff like Sobee, gatorade, powerade and stuff all have sugar in them. If you must drink sweet, look for sugar free kinds.
Read the labels on what you buy. If sugar is in the top 4 ingredients it isn't very good for you. If you're looking at drinks, look for things with NO sugar.
Then start moving. ANY exercise beats none, and fun stuff is just as good as any. Ride your bike, skate, walk everywhere, swim, dance, DDR, climb trees or rocks, basketball, cheerlead, marching band, etc. All of these are great.
It takes some time, but for kids it comes off faster because you are also growing. If you can keep your weight fairly steady, you will likely grow into it (unless you are very overweight, in which case you should probably see both your doctor and a nutritionist).
Good luck.
Note that Weightwatchers has classes for kids. You could talk to your mom about that too.

If you are eating healthy and getting enough activity, you shouldn't be worried about losing fat! Especially when you're a kid.
And anyway... losing fat in one week is pretty much impossible. If you want to change your appearance, plan on it taking at least a few months.

Hey there, I'm 11 too. You may be 'fat', but loosing weight isn't the problem. It's eating healthy that is. Don't go on a 'no eating' diet or anything bad like that. Kids at our age need to eat, dieting isn't healthy at our age. Just make sure that you are eating healthy (your fruit and vegetables) and keeping fit by participating in P.E. and extra curricular things like netball, or soccer. Hope this helps!!

A kid should gain muscles, strengthen the bones and increase his/her brain size. Stop feeding the kids with fried and oily stuffs. Protein and vegetables are the key.
