Well the best whitening is to go to the dentist and have them professionally whitened, which can get pretty pricey. But my sis-in-law had hers done and they looked awesome and it lasted a couple yrs. I myself have tried Crest Whitestrips and they worked very well. People noticed the results and complimented how nice my teeth looked. Just try them and see!

Brushing your teeth 2 times a day, flossing everyday and going to the dentist every 6 months for a cleaning.
