Of course not!! I know lots of people of different races, many are intelligent, and some are not so intelligent. The human brain works the same in every race. Some people are given better opportunities to learn than others, but we all have the capacity to learn when given the opportunity. Skin color has nothing to do with it. White people though are often given those opportunities that others don't have (and that's a shame). Of course having "knowledge" doesn't mean anything if your lacking "common sense", which I personally find more useful in day to day activities.

Wow, I am shocked to conclude that this is actually a serious question! You are either very young, or trying to coax out of people either racial answers or ones that are comparable to that of your own.
Since we are all part of the same race, I assume you are referring to ethnicity, in which case has nothing to do with one's intelligence. Genetics, nurture, and labor complications are really the only things that affect one's capacity to learn, however, since you are referring to knowledge, that also depends on the person.

Guam nut you are an unread idiot.
A few years ago a controversial book called the Bell Curve was published. It highlights all the differences in race as related to education and culture. Although somewhat racist it poses some interesting questions that our society isn't ready to address.

Which white person do you have in mind?

If it's Stephen Hawking, then, probably.

If it's Cindy Sheehan, probably not.
