For one, if he is being hateful, ask yourself if you really want to be with someone who acts this way towards you.
Second, a lot of times in a relationship one person can act like they are right. Personally I think there are times when you should agree to disagree or work it out and see each others point of view, but if he isnt willing to see eye to eye after trying to work through it, I say why try to penetrate a brick wall?
Yes, guys can be stubborn and women and men dont always communicate things in the right way and see eye to eye.
However if hes doing hurtful things and saying hurtful things and you've talked to him about it in a civil manner, and hes not responding, I personally think there is someone better out there for you.
Trust me, the right guy --which I never though there was honestly-- will treat you with the respect and treatment you deserve. But love and respect needs to come from your end as well. Good luck.

Why would you even ask? You know you can do better! Get rid of that trash! You'd be 1000% better off staying home by yourself than being with a hateful and hurtful schmuck!

That's what my girlfriend said to me, then she realised that she was blowing things out of proportion and apologised. A lot of guys aren't trying to be hateful it's just you pick it up as us being hateful, when we don't think anything of it.

just tell him he is not always right. and tell him to stop doing the things that you dont appreciate.if he doesnt, leave him.
