Most skin cancers form on the top and back edge of the pinna - where the sun gets the most exposure. When you say "under" I'm assuming you mean behind it or below it along the jaw line.
Your question says, "It doesn't [hurt] but I can"
... you can what? Please add details.
It's probably just a pimple. If it's still there in a couple weeks, see a dermatologist.

It's probably a cyst. You might want to go to the doctor so they can check it out, just to make sure it's not a tumor. And if it's a cyst they will drain it. Good luck!

If you've been sick recently it could be a swollen lymph node. Maybe it is from a respiratory infection, or something of the sort.
