My girlfriend is going to be in town next week, and I rarely get to see her because she lives in a different state. I want to go do something, but can't really decide. Any good ideas?

I'm a huge fan of old fashion dates; drive-in movie theaters, miniature-put-put golf, a picnic, playing pool, going bowling, going to the lake and when it's cold ice skating. Going to the park late at night, when no one's there, and cuddling under a tree staring at eachother or the stars. Rent a movie or three and watch them together, sweet movies not "I'm gonna kick your ***" movies. If you have a portable DVD player, take it with you to the park. Going to a play or a game. Depending on the age, go to open houses, if it's serious, then you'll get a great idea of how you want your house, or ... test drive cars from the dealership, you must look older and responsible. There's a lot to be said about dinner and a movie. Also, a scavenger hunt! Maybe perpare dinner together or just for her. You could take a class together, like a guitar class or a Salsa dancing class. Her favorite artists concert. Go to an Art Show with her. Antique shopping even. A walk through the town's square.
