I know the Ipod shuffle is easily used as a thumb drive. As a rule of thumb (no pun intended) it the MP3 player plugs directly into your computer without the use of cables, then you will be able to use just like a thumbdrive. All of the Pods you can use as a storage device.

yes you can,you need to put the files in a folder and put them in your mp3 player,
i did that with my ipod
