If you are going to wear plastic pants then the best diaper to use is cloth.

Disposables already have a plastic covering to keep moisture from leaking through, yes, even the "cloth" like disposables. You can peal back that paper cover that resembles cloth and expose the plastic barrier underneath.

If you wear disposables and plastic pants then you are just doing double duty, unless you consistently leak around the disposable, in that case it probably isn't absorbent enough for you, I know they aren't for me so I use cloth and plastic pants.

On top of that, cloth is cheaper and it doesn't clog our landfills with paper and plastic, not to mention human waste.

I'm incontinent and wear cloth 24 / 7, it's a good thing I like to wear them, huh?

plastic pants i think arent that good cuz they hold in moisture and heat and can cause diaper rash. they have something out if you are gonna use cloth diapers called the wrap and you dont even need diaper oins.
