Well actually it is because when you pick your nose, stuff could come out of it, instead nothing will come out of guys adjusting themselves, now the last one doesn't look good, but still it isn't as bad as the picking

It's kind of like sneezing, but much more voluntary. You get your germs all over your hands and then go touching other things. It also shows that you're kind of distracted from whatever else is going on.
It's unfortunate the things some people can get away with. Really. Adjustments are fine, if they're done somewhat discreetly. I know I'll do it sometimes, like if my underwear gets hiked up or something. I try to be discreet about it. Most guys don't, when they're adjusting the junk...
Anything like that should be done in private if possible. Go to the bathroom if you must pick your nose, and wash your hands. If you need to "adjust" you can go to the bathroom or at least get somewhat out of view.
People are just massively inconsiderate sometimes...

It amounts to personal hygiene. While one is clean and washing their face they should handle the picking of the nose then. Then they could wash their hands. I would not want to shake, or touch, the hand of someone that was just digging. As far as adjusting themselves, I try to be as discreet as possible. I have seen those guys that try and move it around like they have a basketball in there, and that is just plain rude and wrong. I do not know if he thinks the ladies think its hot or what. Clueless moron.

It's funny what we consider "rude" and what's OK to do. I think men can "adjust" themselves discreetly if they wanted to. Women don't adjust our breasts in public. LOL

I know, if you got to pick you got to pick. I try to hide it my faking a tissue in front of the act. And then I wash my hands asap and put on that sanitizer stuff.

The boogers and snot you pick from your nose is partly the food you ate or infection. Its disgusting especially when you see the cook doing it and not washing their hands
